All services provided by zobba.com ("zobba.com") may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States federal, state or city law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The “user” agrees to indemnify and hold harmless zobba.com from any claims resulting from the use of service which damages the “user” or any other party.

3. PROHIBITED CONTENT

Prohibited are links to sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to zobba.com's servers, or any other server on the Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited. Examples of unacceptable content or links: Infringing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive, profane, or otherwise violates any law or right of any third party.

4. SUBMITTED CONTENT

By creating and posting Content to zobba.com, you affirm that you own all rights to the Content, agree that the Content will be dedicated to the public domain under the Creative Commons Public Domain Dedication, available at http://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/ and that you will not object to the use of the Content by zobba.com in any context. The above statements do not apply to the Content on external sites linked to by the original submission.

5. SERVER ABUSE

Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to server(s) or user(s) of zobba.com is strictly prohibited. Should a visitor violate the Terms of Services outlined within, we reserve the right to block visitor’s IP address.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

zobba.com shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from zobba.com's servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, zobba.com shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from one of zobba.com's servers. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service.

7. REFUSAL OF SERVICE

zobba.com may remove any Content and block IP addresses at any time for any reason (including, but not limited to, upon receipt of claims or allegations from third parties or authorities relating to such Content), or for no reason at all.

8. COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS AND VIOLATIONS

zobba.com respects the intellectual property of others and will promptly process and investigate notices of alleged infringement and will take appropriate actions under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable intellectual property laws. Upon receipt of notices complying or substantially complying with the DMCA, zobba.com may act expeditiously to remove or disable access to any material claimed to be infringing or claimed to be the subject of infringing activity and may act expeditiously to remove or disable access to any reference or link to material or activity that is claimed to be infringing. Copyright complaints and other violations of Terms of Service should be referred to info@zobba.com. All complaints and violations will be investigated promptly.

9. DISCLAIMER

zobba.com cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicated estimate of profit. We reserve the right to block any IP, without advance notice for any reason without restitution, as zobba.com sees fit.

10. MODIFICATIONS OF TERMS OF SERVICE

zobba.com reserves the right to amend any or all of the above policies, guidelines and disclaimer without notification.
